"What a busy summer.  We have three mission trips scheduled for Calvary this year.  The youth are going on a trip to New Orleans on July 16^th-25^th.  They are going to be involved with helping to demolish an apartment building in the 9^th Ward and they are going to be doing a VBS program for the area children.  Also, on July 20^th-24^th there is an adult only mission trip to Pine Ridge Reservation to do a couple of work projects.  At this point they will be laying linoleum in the kitchen of the pavilion and helping spread gravel around the pavilion.  They will also be doing miscellaneous repair and painting projects around the dream center.  The third group is a college only mission trip led by Will Doss and they will be going to Chicago to assist in inner city ministry.  They will be gone from August 8^th-12^th.  Please keep all of these three trips in your prayers and if anyone wants to assist in supporting financially any of these projects please contact Pastor Ken.  

The next preaching series will start on July 25^th and will be a four part series on reaping and sowing.  The title of this series will be “SOW WHAT?!”  Please join us for this challenging series as we continue to be moved by God to do amazing things for His Kingdom."
